Our platform is a SaaS solution featuring various technical aspects, such as a dynamic and intelligent questionnaire, a CO2 Calculator, a reporting tool, and a range of API connections. Your role

As a Product Owner, you’ll have a pivotal role in driving the success of our innovative sustainability platform. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will prioritise features and shape product strategy to meet the needs of SMEs striving for sustainability. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation, you will translate business needs into actionable product features and support our agile teams in delivering a best-in-class product. Your proactive approach will help you thrive in our dynamic environment, driving user experience and adoption improvements.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the business to define and prioritise product roadmap and features;
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria;
• Continuously monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to enhance user experience and drive user adoption;
• Act as a subject matter expert,providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders;
• Strong problem-solving skills that allow you to tackle complex challenges with creativity and innovation;

Qualifications

• Masters degree;
• Experience of a minimum of 1 year in a similar position, preferably working on SaaS products;
• Interested in sustainability and making a difference;
• Eye for detail and product design;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;

Preferred skills

• Experience with product design and wireframing, Figma is a plus;
• Experience with Agile Scrum,Atlassian (Confluence, Jira) or similar tooling;
• A proactive mindset, capable of working independently and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Passion for innovation and a customer-centric approach to product development;
