How does the Vault work?

The Vault is designed with one purpose: keeping your data secure without making your work more complicated. The Eevery Vault is designed to securely store all documents, data, and evidence your organisation needs for reporting and audits. 1. Fully encrypted storage

Every file is encrypted during transfer and on the server itself, keeping your information protected at all times. All files and metadata are encrypted during upload and download, and stored with dual‐layer server‐side encryption on secure servers located in Frankfurt. All data stored in Frankfurt is copied to a separate, geographically distant server near Paris, ensuring continuity in case of system or regional failure.

2. Strict access control

Viewing, editing, and deleting items is governed by strong authentication and authorisation layers. Only verified and permitted users can access Vault content.

3. Protection against malicious uploads

All uploaded files pass through a strict input‐validation process designed to block harmful payloads before they reach the system.

4. Virus scanning

Uploaded files are scanned for viruses to maintain system integrity and prevent the spread of malicious content.

5. Protection against malicious files

Uploads are automatically validated and scanned for viruses, helping you prevent risks before they enter your organisation.

6. Comprehensive audit logging

Every action performed in the Vault, including uploads, downloads, edits, and deletions, is logged for auditing, compliance, and monitoring purposes.
